Rick Deal Photography LLC Metal Print Giveaway – Official Rules

This giveaway is sponsored by Rick Deal Photography LLC (“Sponsor”) and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or administered by any social media platform.

1. Eligibility

• Open only to legal residents of the United States.

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of Rick Deal Photography LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Entry Period

• The giveaway begins upon publication of the entry form and ends at 6:00 am Eastern Time on Sunday, September 20, 2026 (“Entry Period”).

• Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, complete all required fields on the entry form and submit your information during the Entry Period.

• Limit one (1) entry per person; multiple entries from the same person may result in disqualification.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win; a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

4. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive one (1) 20x30 inch metal print (“Prize”).

• The Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion if the Prize becomes unavailable.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, on or about Sunday, September 20, 2026, after the Entry Period closes.

• The winner will be notified via email at the address provided at the time of entry; if the winner does not respond within 5 business days, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

6. Winner Requirements

• By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to send a photo of themselves holding the metal print after it arrives.

• The winner grants Sponsor the right to use this photo, along with their first name and city/state, in marketing, social media, and promotional materials, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. Privacy

• Participant email addresses and personal information will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and for any communication you explicitly opt into at the time of entry.

• Participant information will not be sold under any circumstance.

8. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

9. Release

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Rick Deal Photography LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any Prize.

10. Social Media Disclaimer

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform (including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook). Entrants provide their information to Sponsor, not to any social media platform.
